24×7 Support

Only customers with an active service agreement are eligible to purchase 24×7 Support incident packages. 24×7 Support Agreements provide two (2) support incidents which can be used during non-business hours.

How To Purchase

  • During business hours: Contact an account manager at 706-312-3540
  • During Non-business hours:
    • Visit myIpswitch.com.
    • Click on the Buy Services tab.
    • Enter your IMail Server serial number and click Submit.
    • You will then be directed to the sales wizard, at the top of the wizard click on step 4 Add-Ons.
    • Select 24×7 Support Agreement and then click continue through the purchase process

You will receive two emails at the address you provided while checking out. The first is simply an email with a receipt of your payment. Within a few minutes you will receive another email with a 24×7 Support Agreement License Certificate. This certificate provides you with specific instructions on how to use a 24×7 Support incident.
