Hours of Operation
Only customers with an active service agreement are eligible to purchase 24×7 Support incident packages. 24×7 Support Agreements provide two (2) support incidents which can be used during non-business hours.
How To Purchase
You will receive two emails at the address you provided while checking out. The first is simply an email with a receipt of your payment. Within a few minutes you will receive another email with a 24×7 Support Agreement License Certificate. This certificate provides you with specific instructions on how to use a 24×7 Support incident.
